All orders are only shipped in Italy at the moment, the carrier used is BRT and shipping is estimated at under 48 hours, please note that this is only an estimation and shipping time is responsability of the carrier.

If there are some shipping problems we take responsability to solve them directly with the carrier, if a product will not arrive or will arrive in damaged conditions we will offer a refund or replacement product. Delayed shipping isn't included in this warranty, but if you contact us we will try to find a solution for you (see warranty page).
