Our quality standards
Every AirPod we sell has to work flawlessly for a long time after we sell it.
Every product meets the cosmetic standards stated in the listing. We commit to upholding these standards and to taking responsibility for any issue that may arise.
How we uphold them
- We filter out products that don't work or aren't in adequate cosmetic condition.
- We test every function of each product: audio, microphone, battery, and cosmetic condition.
- We select among many products to offer only the best ones.
- We clean and sanitise every product completely.
Cosmetic condition options
We offer two options, both refurbished by Revio experts and in perfect working order. Only the outward appearance differs.
Buone
Refurbished by Revio experts, in perfect working order. Cosmetically they may show light scratches or small dents that do not affect how they work.
Excellent
Refurbished by Revio experts, in perfect working order. No visible scratches or damage; they may show faint micro-scratches from normal use.
