Revio is a shop and website run by Frilli Samuele, sole trader, VAT no. 02104420498, registered at Via Carlo Ederle 2, 57020 Bibbona (LI), Italy, REA LI-238058.

Revio sells independently refurbished electronic products of third-party brands, along with generic unbranded accessories for electronic devices. Refurbished products are tested and checked before sale.

The products sold on our site include original components and devices of the Apple Inc. brand. Revio is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorised by or in any way associated with Apple Inc. Apple, AirPods and the other marks mentioned are the property of Apple Inc., registered in the United States and other countries. Their use on our site is purely descriptive, to identify the product being sold, and implies no approval, certification or partnership on the part of the trade mark owner. The same applies to any other third-party marks mentioned in the catalogue: they remain the property of their respective owners.

Prices shown on the site are in Euro and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed. Payment is made through the methods available at checkout and is due when the order is placed. For shipping rates see the Shipping page.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. Before completing your purchase you will be able to check and correct the details you entered.

Registered users can sign in to their account area to see their order history, shipment status and the details they provided, and to request a return.

All products carry the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity under arts. 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code. You also have the right to withdraw within 14 days under art. 52 of the Consumer Code. To the extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the products purchased. Customers are responsible for using the products correctly. The mandatory protections of the Consumer Code remain unaffected, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the right of withdrawal.

We reserve the right to cancel an order, with a full refund, if we are unable to fulfil it on the terms described.

Text, images, logos and content on the site are the property of Revio or used with permission, and are protected by copyright law. Reproduction, even in part, is not permitted without written authorisation.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The version that applies is the one published on the site at the time of the order.

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the jurisdiction of the consumer’s court of residence applies. In the event of a dispute we invite you to contact us directly at support@reviostore.com so we can find an amicable solution before taking legal steps.
