Shipping

All shipments leave from Italy. At the moment we ship within Italy only. The carrier is BRT: your order is delivered to the address you give us, and you can follow the tracking in your Account section.

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 18:00 (GMT+1, Rome) on a business day ship the same day. The reference transit time is 48 hours (2 days) for all shipments within Italy. Transit times depend entirely on the carrier and are outside our control.

Shipping costs €5 on orders under €20. On orders of €20 or more, shipping is free.

For shipping problems such as a lost or damaged product, our warranty covers your order in full. Tell us what happened through any of our contact channels and you will receive a refund or a replacement product. We will keep you updated by email on the status of the shipment and on any problems.
